Hosted by the Mayday Trust and facilitated by Homeless Network Scotland, Wisdom from the System is a space open to all willing to be brave, to discuss, share, and reflect on your experiences of systems, whether that’s homelessness, social care, mental health, or criminal justice. The conversation will take place online, in a group call that will encourage people to speak freely and honestly.
Are you working with people rather than labels and focusing on strengths instead of problems? It’s time for people who are working in a strength-based way in the homelessness, social care, mental health, and criminal justice sectors across the UK to look at what works and what doesn't.
In addition, this will also provide an opportunity to look at what has changed since COVID-19 and what learning you would like to take into the future.

The power of the Wisdoms is that there is a collective and inclusive voice (not the loudest or most powerful), one which will be listened to respectfully, by strategic thinkers with grassroots experience of systems. Ultimately the Wisdoms aims to capture what is happening on the ground to trigger positive and sustainable change.
