Inspiration and Aspiration

Luke Hall MP, Minister for Rough Sleeping and Housing at MHCLG, will reflect on the Government's achievements to date, the ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic and the next steps in progressing their plans to bring an end to homelessness in England. The Minister's address will be followed by immediate responses from a prominent sector leader and someone with lived experience of homelessness.

Dr Lígia Teixeira is the founding Chief Executive of the Centre for Homelessness Impact.

Luke Hall MP is the Member of Parliament for Thornbury and Yate and the Minister for Rough Sleeping and Housing

Rick Henderson is the CEO of Homeless Link. He is a member of the government’s National Rough Sleeping Advisory Panel and the London Mayor’s Rough Sleeping Task Group.

Mandy Pattinson has lived experience of both homelessness and addiction. Since finding recovery her life has been transformed beautifully in a multitude of ways. She actively and passionately strives to help others lost in addiction and homelessness.

Richard Chapman is the Deputy Director for Homelessness at the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government
