This workshop will look at how the Change Team integrates into government structures, how we feed into and influence decision-makers and how to create an environment that allows this involvement to be as meaningful as possible.

The All in for Change programme was launched in 2019 as part of an inclusive effort to end homelessness in Scotland.  Its purpose is to ensure that practice, place and experience are at the heart of planning and policy making in the homelessness sector.

All in for Change prioritises a welcoming, collaborative environment so that its contribution can be clear and meaningful.

Led by members of this programme's Change Team, this webinar will explore how we can integrate lived experience into Scottish Government structures, influence decision-makers, and feed into the choices being made.
